It is important to know that everyone has their own unique relationship with technology, but if you find yourself experiencing problems related to your use of electronic devices (i.e., being unable to sleep because of late-night texting), then it might be time for you take a step back and reevaluate what's going on in your life. Do you find yourself reaching for your phone as soon as you wake up, even before you get out of bed? You need to break this habit by putting the phone down before it becomes a part of your daily routine.
