Annuity Training and CE • HB 1294 – Annuity Training and CE • 4 hours Training and 4 hours of CE annually • New applicants effective on or after 4/1/2010 • Existing Licensees effective 1st renewal which occurs on or after 4/1/2010 • Grandfathered agents not exempt from 4 hour training but are exempt from 4 hour CE

Medicare Related Products Training and CE • HB 739 – Training and CE • 8 hours Training and 4 hours of CE / renewal period • New applicants effective on or after 4/1/2010 • Existing Licensees effective 1st renewal which occurs on or after 4/1/2010 • Grandfathered agents not exempt from either requirement

Small Employer Health Benefit Plan Certification • SB 0079– Training and CE • 8 hours Training and 5 hours of CE / renewal period • New applicants effective on or after 4/1/2010 • Existing Licensees effective 1st renewal which occurs on or after 4/1/2010 • Grandfathered agents not exempt from either requirement

  7. Continuing Education Compliance – Automated • Electronic Roster Reporting since Feb 2009 • Electronic CE Provider Registration • Electronic CE Course Registration • Automated Search of Available Courses • Online individualized report on course completions for licensees

Electronic Fingerprinting – L1 Identity Solutions • Agent/Adjuster Forms page • FAST Pass for Electronic fingerprint submission • FAST Pass for fingerprint card submission • $44.25 payable to L1 Identity Solutions • Mailed to L1 Identity Solutions • Send receipt from L1 Identity Solutions with application
