Employee Master • This form is used when a new employee joins the company. • All the details are entered in respective fields. • Information should be entered correctly as the salary process depends on it. • In data fields proper selection should be done as the calculation of salary depends on it. • Clear scan copy of documents should be attached with recent picture.   3. Lets start by creating a new Employee for this on the main screen click on Master Menu Now Click on Employee to see the sub menu By clicking on Employee the information will be shown on screen. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. When we click on Employee the information regarding this is shown on the screen. On Top Right side we get dropdown menu with different options to search for existing Employee(s). There is also a New Record button to create a new entry. Lets start by search for all employees which come under AO (Area Office) Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. Select Hierarchy from dropdown menu and enter AO in text field as we are going to view all the records which come under AO. Now click on search button so that the records can be displayed. Note:-Depending on the network speed and amount of records this process can take time to display. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. To View or edit any record click on the respective button in front of the record. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. All the details of the employee is shown on the screen. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. Lets start by creating a new Employee click on New Record Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. We will start by entering the Code (Employee Code) this is unique for every employee always check for last employee code used so that the next number can be used here. All the fields marked with red * are compulsory and without their entry the form cannot be saved. Precaution should be taken that all data is entered correctly.   10. Enter the details in all the fields also if check boxes or selecting is required then please do as in case of Married, Emp Disabled, Gender. After entering this details click on Official Information tab so that other details can be added. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. Here we will select other information. Caution is required while selecting as salary calculations depends on these selections. Select department, if driver then select Vehicle no also (the one he will be using) select company bank number. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. In case of driver these fields need to be selected. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  13. Select the Reporting in charge name, Reporting HR name Select Profile only if the employee is going to work on computer and ERP software else not required. Now Click on Payroll Information tab to enter information regarding salary Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  14. Enter information regarding salary, ESIC PF etc. Enter Basic salary, Primary weekly day off etc. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  15. Now click on save button and the record will be saved if there is some compulsory information missing then record will not be saved and a message will be displayed on scree. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
