  4. Metrics:Defining Leadership • 23 Attendees - 65% (IT Majors) / 35% (Other) • Average Ratings - out of 5:1. Interest in IT/ICT as a Major or Minor 4.52. Interest in attending future FSU CCI events 4.53. Overall satisfaction of topic selection for this event 4.64. Overall satisfaction with location for this event 4.75. Overall satisfaction with speaker(s) for this event 4.8

  8. Things to Improve • Marketing Advertising deadlines were not met Not enough outside advertising • More involvement with other groups (i.e. Web Marketing) • Time management during events

  9. Lessons Learned – Per Survey Results • People like charismatic speakers – duh! • People like free food – again, duh! • Non-IT/ICT majors found the events beneficial and interesting • Some great suggestions for future FYB Events – more catering to CCI majors instead of outsiders

  10. Next Steps • Plan last event for fall semester group  next meeting • Log suggestions from surveys for fall semester group
