Analysis of Pre-Intervention Results on Regular Medication Prescriptions and Omissions

This report discusses the findings of a study examining the prescription of regular medications in patients at high risk. The data indicates that 7.5% of patients received regular medication prescribed, while 5% had regular medications omitted due to known allergies. Furthermore, 20% had other medications omitted, resulting in 57.5% of the cohort receiving either prescribed or nil regular medication. These statistics highlight the need for improved management strategies for patients with high-risk medications and known allergies.
