Analysis of PPP1R1A and MLK1 Expression via Microarray and Real-Time PCR in Ad Infected Cells
This study investigates the expression levels of PPP1R1A and MLK1 in various adenovirus-infected cell lines, including BRK, 3Y1, and others through microarray and real-time PCR techniques. The results indicate differential expression patterns of these genes when calibrated against GAPDH across different adenoviral strains (Ad5, Ad12). Using Western blotting, we validate the expression levels of key proteins involved in cellular signaling pathways. Our findings contribute to understanding the molecular interactions that may influence adenoviral pathogenesis and cellular responses.
