  3. Current Activity • SW will have September finished by Monday 1/24. • No firm date on completion of October. • July and August cleared on 12/22. Thanks for all the hard work put in by PNM, APS, TEP, EPE, SRP, WALC etc.

  4. Other Items • ATF Training Manual posted 12/1/04 on the ATFWG Documents page of WECC website. • ATF Resolution Document sent to WECC for posting on 12/10/04. It can be seen now in the Standards For Comment page (period for comment ended 09/13/04)
