  3. Malcolm Parsons, Shared Services SA On SYS1, printing of reports is controlled by 2 means, as follows: - • Job Submission MPACCESS table • Job Submission Interface panel options MP

  4. Job Submission MPACCESS table • Each user is assigned a default printer, which is used to direct output from jobs submitted through Option 1 of the Job Submission system. • This can be overwritten (if desired) in the MPJOBSUB panel, prior to submitting the job • To get your default printer permanently changed, contact your Masterpiece administrator or someone who has access to update this table. e.g. For SAPOL, Barbara Nunan can do this. • If unsure who can do this for your agency, contact the FAST Helpdesk. MP

  7. Job Submission Interface panel options • All options on this panel are specific to an agency and the printer is hard-coded. • To get the printer changed for any of these options, contact the FAST Helpdesk. MP

  17. MPGL - Anonymous Can we copy APT rules in the same orgid or even across different orgids? Well now at FM40 you can - in gl112/3/4/5/6 enter the command COPY and will give you an option for a range and to a different orgid TF

MPCS - Anonymous How can we add/delete more than 1 profile/user/orgid combination at 1 time in MS600?At the moment in MP20/MP30 we have to do this individually, very time consuming  Well now at FM40 you can add more than 1 combination of profiles and orgs for 1 user in MS600B (up to 48 at a time). Clear the fields required and click the CHG button TF
