  2. Introduction The following presentation will showcase Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc. products most important features. You will be guided throughout most of the sections of the software via an animated demonstration. All the major functionalities and features Inventory Manager LITE will be explained.   3. Buttons explanation Two buttons are available throughout this demonstration to make navigation through the slides as easy and comfortable as possible. Throughout this presentation, features only available in Inventory Manager Advanced will be identified as « Advanced Version Only ». Click on this button to go back to the previous slide.   4. Inventory Manager Inventory Manager LITE is a powerful inventory managing software. Create estimates, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, operating costs, in a few clicks. Keep track of your parts. Inventory Manager LITE makes it easy to track your inventory in a few clicks. Sections : Click on the section title to directly access the section.   6. Main Menu The main menu allows you to quickly access all sections of the software. Let’s begin with the Customers Consultation section. Then we’ll see the Suppliers Consultation section. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  7. Customers Consultation Easily Add, Edit or Remove a customer with these three buttons. All your customers information is displayed here. Click on this button to generate a list of your customers in a printable format. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  8. Suppliers Consultation All your suppliers information is displayed here. Easily Add, Edit or Remove a suppliers with these three buttons. Click on this button to generate a list of your customers in printable format. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  10. Quotation Manager Back in the Main Menu, click on the Quotation Manager button. We will create a new quotation. Select Quotation Creation. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  11. Quotation Creation First, choose the suppliers to which you want to send a quotation to. Then, to add parts to this newly created quotation, click on Add Part. The Part Selection window will appear. Once all the needed parts are added, click on Continue. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  12. Part / Item Selection This window will be referred to at many occasions during the Inventory Manager demonstration. From here, you can select the part you wish for the operation you are currently performing. When you have found what you are looking for, enter the quantity and click on OK.   13. Quotation Creation This window will appear for each supplier you chose. Choose to print, email or fax the quotation. Once you are done, click on the Continue button. The quotation will be added in quotations list. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  15. Quotation Edition When a quotation is created, you can still edit it in the Quotation Consultation. You can modify the quotation’s parts. You can still Preview, Email or Fax the quotation. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  16. Purchase Order Manager We are now going to create a new PO. Click on Purchase Order Creation. Advanced Version Only © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  17. Purchase Order Creation First, fill out the P.O. information. Then, click on this button to add parts to the P.O. The part selection window will appear. To quickly add parts to this P.O., you can import the parts from a quotation, a to Order list or a Picking List. You can print, email or fax this PO. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  21. Purchase Order Reception To receive a part, double click on it. This window will appear. Enter the right quantities and click on Save. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  22. Purchase Order Reception You will be asked to insert a Release Note Number. Then, click on Next. Click on OK © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  25. Inventory Consultation This is the list of all the P/N present in your system. This list shows the search categories in the inventory. You can print your search in 3 different formats and print an inventory check list This is the corresponding items to the selected P/N © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  27. Equipment Consultation This window has the same functionalities as the Inventory Consultation window but the Parts displayed are only the company’s equipment. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  28. Requisition List In this window, all the parts that needs to be ordered are shown in this list. When a Part reaches its minimum quantity, it automatically shows in this list. Click on this button to manually add items to this list. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  29. Estimation Manager We will now create an Estimate. Click on Estimation Manager then select Estimation Creation. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  30. Estimation Creation Firstly, you will have to choose a customer. This window will appear. You will need to choose the customer’s aircraft. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  31. Estimation Creation You are now in the Estimate Creation window. Click on this button to add Labour to this estimate. Click on this button to add items to the estimate.   33. Invoice & Operations Cost Manager Invoice and Operation Cost are the same. The only difference is: Parts are charged at retail price on Invoice and at cost price on Operation Cost. We will now have a look at the Invoicing Manager and Operation Cost Manager We will use an Invoice as example but everything also applies to Operation Cost. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

Invoice / Operation Cost Consultation Two types of invoices exist in Inventory Manager : Normal Invoices (created in Inventory Manager) and Work Order Invoices (created in Aircraft Maintenance Manager).   35. Invoice / Operation Cost Creation You will be prompted to choose a customer. This window will appear. You will need to choose the customer’s aircraft. © 2009 Aircraft Maintenance Systems RD inc.

  36. Invoice / Operation Cost Creation You are now in the Invoice Creation window. It has the same functionalities as the Estimate Creation window and additional ones. Click on this button to add Labour to this estimate. Click on this button to add items to the invoice.
