آقای 52 ساله ای با تودۀ Massive قابل لمس LUQ مراجعه نمود . بیمار آنمیک و Hb = 7بود CTاسکن مطرح کنندۀ تومور huge پل تحتاني کلیه چپ و مطرح کنندۀ RCC بود . ارزیابی های متاستاتیک نرمال بود . بیمار تحت عمل رادیکال نفرکتومی با برش انتریورساب کوستال چپ قرار گرفت . پاتولوژی مطرح کنندۀ clear cell carcinoma بود.
