PROGRAMA FAMILIAS EN SU TIERRA El Programa Familias en su Tierra - FEST es una estrategia liderada por El Departamento Para la Prosperidad Social en coordinación con la Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a Víctimas, y se orienta a implementar medidas rápidas de asistencia y acompañamiento a la población víctima del desplazamiento forzoso, dirigidas a la generación y/o potenciación de capacidades para el auto sostenimiento y subsistencia digna coadyuvando a su proceso de estabilización socio - económica con enfoque reparador.

  3. OBJETIVO GENERALContribuir a la estabilización socioeconómica, al goce efectivo de derechos y a lareparación simbólica de la población víctima retornada o reubicada, y al arraigo de losHogares a través de un acompañamiento comunitario y la entrega de incentivoscondicionados que permitan abordar los componentes de seguridad alimentaria,reducción de carencias básicas habitacionales, acceso de la población a la verdad,justicia y reparación, organización social, ingresos y trabajo.

Consolidado de familias beneficiariasEL DOCTOR CAMILO ANDRES LEON BELLO PERMITE REMITIR EL LISTADO DE HOGARES VICTIMAS DEL DESPLAZAMIENTO FORZADO EN PROCESO DE RETORNO QUE RESULTARON FOCALIZADOS EN LA PRIMERA FASE DE INCRIPSION LLEVADA a CABO EN EL MUNICIPIO DE SAMANA CALDAS DURANTE EL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DEL AÑO 2011.DICHO LISTADO RELACIONA 605 HOGARES QUE EN CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS REQUISITOS Y CONDICIONES ESTABLECIDAS POR EL PROGRAMAS, SE CONVIERTEN EN UNA INICIATIVA QUE CONTRIBUIRA AL FORTALECIMIENTO DE LAS COMUNIDADES AFECTADAS POR CAUSA DEL DESPLAZAMIENTO FORZADO Y QUE VOLUNTARIAMENTE DECIDIERON RETORNARSE AL Municipio.

  7. EL PRIMER INCENTIVO DEL PROGRAMA FAMILIAS EN SU TIERRA SE ENTREGO ENTRE EL 17 Y 21 DE L MES DE ENERO DEL 2012 • TOTAL DE FAMILIAS QUE RECIBIERON EL INCENTIVO 423 • TOTAL DE FAMILIAS QUE NO RECIBIERON EL INCENTIVO 182

  9. ¿Qué es La Red UNIDOS? Es la Estrategia del Gobierno Nacional para superar la pobreza extrema y para alcanzar los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio. UNIDOS :Estrategia de intervención integral y coordinada para mejorar las condiciones de vida de las familias en situación de extrema pobreza.
