Student Work Study

The Student.Work.Study.(SWS) initiative, led by the Ministry of Education, investigates how students engage with learning to boost their confidence and independence in Reading, Writing, and Mathematics. By focusing on inquiry-based learning, SWS promotes effective collaborations between students and teachers. Through observation and co-learning, it leverages rich instructional tasks and effective questioning to foster an environment where students can perform above provincial standards. This initiative emphasizes the importance of the learning process and collaborative strategies to empower students in their educational journey.
