The caller may call for • 1st Opinion: Discussions regarding their health with certified Doctors. • Discuss Lab investigations (Lab Reports) and get advice for further investigations. • Basic information like address of hospital, emergency services etc. • 2nd Opinion: discus on treatment (prescribed by his/her doctor) and advice for further treatment. • Line of Treatment: to discuss symptoms to check disease like cough, flu, mild fever, etc. • Gain awareness regarding health related hazards. • Prescription filling
