Overview of Xtranormal.com • Can create free animated movies • Can create free movies with animations • Limitation on length – 20,000 characters – which includes action icons you add • Server is touchy – Save often • Can read and speak international languages • Can download movie to your computer when finished or publish to YouTube • Example of uploaded and captioned animation

Xtranormal.com (continued) • Takes time – plan to multi-task while making your movie • LLC has generic accounts if you want to have your students to make simple dialogues in the Smart Lab, i.e. username: llcone password: student • Use 1 or 2 actors -- only web-based options • Best to copy & paste text because the server is touchy • Download version available with more features, but didn’t work on my computer.
