  2. In human life one of the very common and irritant pains is Headache. There could be numerous reasons that cause headaches. Headache's strength can be a slight sensation in the head or unbearable pain. Due to headaches, it becomes very difficult to work, or won't let you work or even rest. But there are numerous medicines available at quite reasonable price which provides instant or quick relief.  But as we all know, headaches could be very often, and taking allopathic medicines regularly also releases harmful side effects. Besides the instant pain killer pills, there are some home remedies for headachewhich are extremely helpful and doesn’t affect your body in any manner. Some common and useful home remedies for headaches are as follows:- Warm or cold compress: - Applying warm or cold compress over the head can relieve you from headaches. It's a quite convenient and relaxing remedy. 

  3. Oil massage: - Apply naturally extract or mixed oil over the forehead. Lavender oil, chamomile oil, peppermint oil, and rosemary oil are considered useful oils for relieving headaches. Among these, Peppermint oil is the most promising and effective. Simply have a gentle massage with a soft hand with any of these oils, and relax for some time. Consumption of caffeinated drinks: - Drinks that contain caffeine like tea, coffee, etc. will refresh you up instantly and it also helps in vanishing or minimizing headaches. It is one of the most easily available home remedies for headache relief.  Keep yourself hydrated: - Lack of water in the body causes several short-term and long-term dysfunctions in the body. One of those dysfunctions is a headache. Dehydration causes water from brain tissues which makes a person feel his head bumping. So keep yourself hydrated if you feel pain in the head.

  4. Get proper sleep: - Restlessness is another major reason which causes headache. According to the present conditions lifestyle of people has changed in a way where there is no specific time of anything. That is why the problem of headache occurs very often. So this is a very simple and useful trick to keep the headache away as well as make the person feeling active. Intake of magnesium: - Intake of magnesium-rich food will help you with this problem. Foods such as avocado, pure chocolate, spinach, nuts, etc. Magnesium relaxes the nervous by ensuring the proper flow of blood in the brain. Physical activity: - Physical activities done regularly for at least 20 minutes not only keep this messy problem away from you, but it fights with most of the harmful activities in the body. Yoga is another blessing for your healthy headache-free life. Meditation: - Meditation for few minutes relaxes your body and brain. It works both spiritually and physically. It relaxes the brain from tensions and stress which are major reasons for headaches nowadays.
