Marketing Plan Development for Prague and Czech Republic City Break Destinations

You have been offered a key position as either Executive Director of Prague Inc. or Executive Director of Czech Republic Inc. Your primary responsibility is to create a compelling marketing plan that positions Prague or the Czech Republic as a premier city break destination. Each group member must contribute to a presentation that lasts no longer than 15 minutes. The completed presentation is due by 08:00 on Friday morning to the provided emails. Presentations will start at 09:00, with no late entries admitted after 09:15.

  2. Assignment • You have been offered one of the following posts: • Executive Director of Prague inc. with special responsibility for selling Prague as a top city break destination. Your first task is to develop a marketing plan to achieve this end • Executive Director of Czech Republic inc. with special responsibility for selling the Check Republic as a top destination. Your first task is to develop a marketing plan to achieve this end

  3. Presentation • Presentation will be in ppt and should take no more than 15 mins. • All group members must participate in the presentation • The completed presentation must arrive at lenihan@pef.czu.cz and vylupek@pef.czu.cz no later than 08:00 on Friday morning • Presentations begin at 09:00 and no student will be allowed in after 09:15
