  2. New business models are being created to connect the poorest 4 billion people to the evolving nervous system of civilization. • Peru: 600,000 one laptop per Child • Uruguay 300,000 students/13,000 teachers OLPC • Portugal, 500,000 classmate computers • India 250,000 OLPC
