Meaning every workout is effective! • 10 week Personalised Exercise Programme: This is yours to keep, aimed directly at your goals and made progressive to continuously force change upon your body. Feedback with your trainer for any changes at any point. • 10 Personal Training Sessions: Intense one to one sessions with your Personal Trainer. Results orientated and educational. These sessions will ultimately ensure success. • Diet and Nutritional advice: The biggest part of achieving success. Continued support during and even after the programme is complete to ensure you do not relapse. 80% of how you look and feel is down to your nutrition! Inc. Kilo calorie requirement. Much more than this is included in your package, as we try to cover every aspect of health and fitness. Shown are simply the main categories .

Success Summed Up Stage 1:Functional Ability / Motivational Assessment – Should this be failed your first week of training will be focused upon increasing core stability and muscle recruitment.Stage 2:Target setting – This will be discussed together to provide small goals which will be set ambitiously. By aiming for these we will avoid achieving mediocre results.Stage 3:Nutrition and Programme adherence – Vital to your success. The completion of stage 1 should prove you motivated enough to complete this stage. However this is continuous throughout the 10 weeks.
