  2. I am Tj Ross, I've played sports my whole life and that has what's prepared me as a leader. Thought my life I've been one of the better athletes so my coaches wanted me to lead, which I did pretty well.

  3. I will be a good leader because I am very money motivated person. And as a leader you always make more than the average Joe.

  4. I am a student athlete, and soon to be engineering intern. These two things drive me as a leader because to survive I either you have to lead and be the best.

  5. The main reason I am a good leader is because I will never be out worked. There will always be a smarter person or a more athletic player, but no one will put the amount and quality of work that I put in.

  6. I see myself as a head engineer somewhere down the road. That’s what I've excelled at in school, so I'm going to pursue being the best engineer I can be.

  7. I am also trying to make is as a colligate basketball player, and my role on the court is to take control and make sure everything is flowing and we are playing like we supposed to.

  8. To further myself as a leader I need to stop being lazy in school and actually try my hardest, because no college is going to want a slacker.

  9. My Strengths as a leader are that whenever I do something I normally know a lot about that subject. Like basketball, I know the game. And engineering, I'm one of the best in the state of Michigan.

  10. I think I will benefit from my strengths on the court because now a days kids don’t know the game. They just play on what they’ve seen on TV, or what their dad who knows nothing tells the.

  11. I know I will benefit from my strengths in the engineering or drafting field, because I work hard. I may not be the best or the smartest, but I will not be out worked.

  12. I weakness I may have is that I'm very strong minded. So even if I'm wrong I still think that I'm right, no matter who is telling me otherwise.
