In my pursuit of fitness, I've identified key areas for improvement. I plan to exercise regularly after school, incorporating jogging and a more dedicated approach to P.E. I'm committed to avoiding shortcuts during warm-ups and focusing on proper nutrition. Understanding the importance of lifelong fitness, I realize that being in shape is crucial to reaching my full potential.
