I spent my early years in Richmond Hill, Georgia where I sang in a Pentecostal church but later on I moved to Yonkers, NY Once I moved to Yonkers, NY I went to the galleria mall in White Plains, NY there I recorded an impromptu song of Anika Bakers Caught Up In the Rapture At that point my mothers boyfriend had gave the recorded WHAT DID I DO???

After I recorded the impromptu track in the galleria mall in white plains my moms boyfriend sent it to the producer of A&R and Uptown records the producer sent it to the CEO of Uptown records at that point he requested to meet with me I was signed to the label in 1989 at that point in the year I did back up singing for my label mates at the Apollo Theatre WHERE DID I DO IT ???

  5. In 1992 I dropped my debut album with Sean Puffy Combs at the time he was an executive for A&R and uptown records. On July 28 in 1992 uptown records released my single What the 411 and You Remind Me MY LIFE AS AN ARTIST
