12. LGC Group continuously improves its service to deliver the customer’s goods safely and on time. With the introduction of the Activity Tracker System (ATS), a first in the whole customs brokerage industry, customers can now view the status of their shipments in real time. Feta Phils Service for Inbound PEZA Shipments • Using an Intermec CN51 Mobile device, bar-coded documents filed at the BOC and PEZA are scanned after each process activity is completed and the status transmitted to 2100 CBI server where customers can view the information via the internet.
