Akilah Student Response One student was interviewed by Sunday Times and said: “Based on the information I got from the training, it is not only important to me, but even other women or ladies I associate with.” She calls upon others to join awareness campaign to assist in informing others even in remote areas. She also notes that some ladies are reluctant to go for medical check up assuming they are too young to get breast cancer. She strongly advises ladies to take personal responsibility and taking charge of their health. She pledged to tell everybody she knows that: Early Detection is the Best Protection because it can save lives.
