  4. Festive Season Planning for SBS REF 1. Entrance Check 1-1. Check if the ref goes through the entrance. Fridges with more than 750mm of “D” are not able to go into the elevator. So, disassemble the doors or use a ladder car.

  5. HOW TO DELIVER & UNPACK THE PRODUCT Festive Season Planning for SBS REF 1. Loading/Unloading of Ref. 1-1. Loading When loading products, make sure to use fork lifts and work by 2 personnel as a team. 1-2. Transporting To prevent products from moving freely, fix the products with rubber bands. 1-3. Unloading When unloading products, also make sure to use fork lifts and work by 2 personnel as a team. Make sure that products shall not be bumped on the corners and fallen down.   6. HOW TO DELIVER & UNPACK THE PRODUCT Festive Season Planning for SBS REF 2-1. Space Procurement Secure enough space to remove the packaging box. 2-2. Removing packing box Be careful not to scratch the product with EPS or Angle and make sure to check the outer appearance after removing all packaging materials. 2-3. Disassembling Front Cover Open the F/R-Doors, remove screw caps (3ea) and remove the Front Cover screws (3ea) by turning them counter-clockwise. For the dispenser model, remove the water pipe clamping clip. Detach the front cover first before moving the ref after removal of the packaging box.   7. PRECAUTION BEFORE INSTALLATION Festive Season Planning for SBS REF 1. Delivery 1-1. Upon loading/unloading the ref, make sure that 4 personnel work as a team. 1-2. Upon delivery, make sure to use protection materials preventing any damage. 1-3. Move the ref carefully after getting rid of the packaging box. 2. Installation 2-1. Check if the floor is leveled. If the floor is not leveled, it causes vibration and noise, and when opening/closing the doors, the refrigerator could be tipped over resulting in personal injuries. 2-2. For dispenser models, select a place easy to access the water supply with little humidity. 2-3. Install the set maintaining adequate distances from the surrounding. If there is not enough space around the set, power consumption will be increased due to weak cooling power caused by insufficient ventilation. 2-4. Keep it away from places with direct sun light, much heat or too low temp. A place with a surrounding temp ranging from 5℃ to 43℃ is recommended. A place with too high/low temps causes problem and affects cooling power.

  8. PRECAUTION BEFORE INSTALLATION Festive Season Planning for SBS REF 3. Function Check 3-1. Carry out a water leakage test after completing the water supply connection. 1)Let more than 1.2L water flow by pressing the Water Lever. 2) Let water pass by pressing the Ice Maker Test button for 3 times repeatedly. 3) Check for any water leakage in the order of Water Connector/ Water Tube Valve/ Inlet & Outlet of Water Valve and Coupler at the lower part of the door. 3-2. Check if the ref is leveled and there are no level differences between the doors. 1) Check if the ref is rocking and the adjusting legs are completely set on the floor. 2) Check if there are level differences of doors and if any, adjust it with the adjusting bolt. 3-3. Check if the room lamps work normally.
