10. Pricing and Fee’s • Labor Rates: Repair Forman - $60.00 p/hr. Repair Technician - $45.00p/hr. Labor rates are calculated from “Portal to Portal” during normal business hours 7 am till 4pm Monday through Friday. Emergency, Holidays, and Overtime rates are calculated at 1.5 times the normal rates. • Material Rates: Materials will be charged at cost plus 20% • Miscellaneous Fees: Truck/gas/equipment/tools - $100.00 p/trip Annual Roof Maintenance Inspection with Report - $350.00 p/facility (Includes Minor Repairs, Filling Pitch Pockets and removing trash and debris from the roof surface)
