General Job Requirements • Carry photographic ID at all times • Only NBS product to be carried in a vehicle • Vehicle to be clean and presentable at all times • Items should be handled separately and not stacked in vehicle • Vehicle must be kept secure at all times • Spillages and damages must be immediately notified to depot • Ask collection point for maps and specific delivery instructions • Updates on delays, problems and timings MUST be made immediately • Essential to call depot/Nightline on arrival, departure, • delivery and when delayed KEEP IN CONTACT!   2. Collection / Delivery Procedure • On arrival confirm content of delivery and check consignment to ensure • no damage • Confirm delivery order of multiple deliveries • Check NBS paperwork matches depot instructions BEFORE leaving • Confirm ‘out of hours’ specific delivery requirements • Leave signed NBS delivery note at collection point or Delivery point? • Travel directly to delivery location without deviation • On arrival at hospital gain signature on TNT POD and on NBS paperwork • Leave signed NBS paperwork at hospital • Inform depot of the POD within 5 minutes of every delivery • Essential to call depot/Nightline on arrival, departure, delivery and when delayed KEEP IN CONTACT!
