  2. Before the Throne of God Above Before the throne of God above I have a strong, a perfect plea; A great High Priest, whose name is Love, Who ever lives and pleads for me.

  3. My name is graven on His hands. My name is written on His heart; I know that while in Heaven He stands No tongue can bid me thence depart. No tongue can bid me thence depart.

  4. When Satan tempts me to despair, And tells me of the guilt within, Upward I look, and see him there Who made an end of all my sin.

  5. One in himself, I cannot die. My soul is purchased with His blood. My life is hid with Christ on high, With Christ, my Savior and my God With Christ, my Savior and my God

  6. Behold Him there, the risen Lamb; My perfect, spotless righteousness, The Great Unchangeable I Am, The King of glory and of grace.

  7. Because the sinless Savior died, My sinful soul is counted free; For God, the Just, is satisfied To look on Him and pardon me To look on Him and pardon me (x2) “Before the Throne” (2007) Lyrics: Charitie Lees Bancroft; Music by Vicki CookeCCLI: 11148322

  22. It is the path where the humble go It is the narrow not the broad It is the pathway up the hill To the graveyard of the living God

  24. Jesus, I My Cross Have Taken Jesus, I my cross have taken, All to leave and follow Thee. Destitute, despised, forsaken, Thou from hence my all shall be.

  25. Perish every fond ambition, All I’ve sought or hoped or known. Yethowrichismycondition! Godandheaven are still myown.

  26. Let the world despise and leave me; they have left my Savior, too. Human hearts and looks deceive me; Thou art not, like them, untrue.

  27. O while Thou dost smile upon me, God of wisdom, love, and might, Foesmayhateandfriendsdisown me; Show Thy face andallisbright.

  28. Go, then, earthly fame and treasure; Come disaster, scorn and pain In Thy service, pain is pleasure; With Thy favor, loss is gain

  29. I have called Thee Abba Father; I have stayed my heart on Thee Stormsmayhowl, andcloudsmaygather; Allmust work for goodtome.

  30. Soul, then know thy full salvation; Rise o’er sin and fear and care Joy to find in every station; Something still to do or bear.

  31. Think what Spirit dwells within thee; Think what Father’s smiles are thine, Think that Jesus died to win thee; Child of heaven, canst thou repine.

  32. Haste thee on from grace to glory; Armed by faith, and winged by prayer. Heaven’s eternal days before thee, God’s own hand shall guide us there.

  33. Soon shall close thy earthly mission; Soon shall pass thy pilgrim days, Hope shall change to glad fruition; Faith to sight, and prayer to praise. “Jesus, I My Cross Have Taken” (1824) Words: Henry Lyte Music – Bill Moore CCLI: 11148322

  35. Ecclesiastes 12:9-14 “Reaching the Finish Line” Sermon notes @ http://bible.com/e/1H4e

  36. Ecclesiastes 12:9-14 9 Besides being wise, the Preacher also taught the people knowledge, weighing and studying and arranging many proverbs with great care. 10 The Preacher sought to find words of delight, and uprightly he wrote words of truth.

  37. 11 The words of the wise are like goads, and like nails firmly fixed are the collected sayings; they are given by one Shepherd. 12 My son, beware of anything beyond these. Of making many books there is no end, and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

  38. 13 The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.

  39. Ecclesiastes 12:9-10 9 Besides being wise, the Preacher also taught the people knowledge, weighing and studying and arranging many proverbs with great care. 10 The Preacher sought to find words of delight, and uprightly he wrote words of truth.

  40. Ecclesiastes 12:11-12 11The words of the wise are like goads, and like nails firmly fixed are the collected sayings; they are given by one Shepherd. 12 My son, beware of anything beyond these. Of making many books there is no end, and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

  41. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 13The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.

  42. Do this in remembrance of me…

  43. 2 Corinthians 9:7 Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

  44. 1 Corinthians 11:23-26 For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” 25 In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.” 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.
