  2. Colouring a Graph - 1 • Right click on a column in the graph. • A menu will display – click on ‘Format Data Series’ PRINTiT - www.impromation.com.au

  3. Colouring a Graph - 2 • 3. A window of options will display. • Click on a colour for your selected column. • Then click on ‘OK’ PRINTiT - www.impromation.com.au

  5. Making a 3D Graph - 1 • Right click inside the graph area (inside the red shaded section and not on a column) • A menu will display – click on ‘Chart Type’ x PRINTiT - www.impromation.com.au

  6. Making a 3D Graph - 2 • Click on the 3D clustered column image. • Click on ‘OK’ PRINTiT - www.impromation.com.au

  7. Making a 3D Graph - 3 • Your graph will now look something like this. • Now we need to rotate the graph to a better perspective. PRINTiT - www.impromation.com.au

  11. Colouring a Table - 1 • Click and drag to highlight a row in the table. • Now, right click inside the highlighted row. • A menu will display – click on ‘Format Cells…’ PRINTiT - www.impromation.com.au

Follow these steps to change alternate rows in your table. • Follow these steps again to change the colour of alternate rows in your table. • To change the font colour – use the text colour selector in the Excel menus at the top of the screen.
