Purpose of the Conference • To explore the hazards associated with the wide range of work in the construction industry, both from an employer's perspective and from the viewpoint of occupational health professionals supporting workers and employers in the industry. • An opportunity to discuss with experts in the field how the effects of this work on health might be assessed and managed, as well as consideration of the fitness for work aspects of employment in this context, and the challenges and practical aspects of delivering OH services in this environment.
