2. Catalytic Framework Goal: to present our framework in a simple way so that it can be easily drawn even on a tissue paper... Script : our framework is as easy as drawing a fish... - We believe GOD is @WORK in individuals we would call Key Volunteer (KV) - And that the CHURCH is also @WORK in the personal & spiritual growth of this Key Volunteer - as God and the church are moving in the lives of the KV, the KV catches a VISION to reach out to other people - it can be his family, community and specifically his CAMPUS - this is where CCC comes in. To help the KV reach his campus, we impart movement mindset by Modelling, Assisting, Watching & eventually Leaving (M.A.W.L.) the KV to do ministry. - And as the KV catches the movement mindset, he will do WINNING, BUILDING & SENDING that will result to more KVs who will also do the same (WBS) - as a result they are helping fulfill the G.C. in their campus and beyond...
