New Special Programs & PEIMS Reports This session will briefly demonstrate ten new reports available for Special Programs and PEIMS Verification through Federal/State Reporting – Texas - Reports • PK Enrollment Report • PK Verification Report • Roster of Special Programs • Gifted and Talented Report • Special Program Enrollment by Federal Race/Ethnicity • CTE Fall Roster • CTE Transaction Report • Matching Discipline Incident Report • Potential Duplicate 425 Discipline Records • Multi Period Attendance for Special Programs

  3. PK Enrollment Report: Use to verify the number of students enrolled in PK on a specific date Can run a Detail and/or Summary Report

  4. PK Enrollment Report-Detail: Prints the Name of students, ADA Code, Namekey, Grade Level, Default Entity and Calendar

  5. PK Enrollment Report Summary: Prints the total number of students by ADA code and Entity.

  6. PK Enrollment Verification: Lists students enrolled on a single date or within a date range. Can filter by student status and print students who are excluded from PEIMS.

  7. PK Enrollment Verification Print Options: Can be printed directly to Excel or to a Skyward report.

  8. Roster of Special Programs: Provides a Teacher or Administrator a class list of students in Special Programs on a specific “As-of Date.” Option to include Demographic/PEIMS information for each student.

  9. Roster of Special Programs: Located in both Texas State Reporting and Teacher Access.

  10. Roster of Special Program Options: Select one or more programs and Active to view students enrolled in a program on the selected As-Of Date.

  11. Roster of Special Programs Report Options: Print to Excel or Skyward Report. Skyward report will truncate if the amount of data does not fit on the page.

  12. Gifted and Talented Report: Can be printed by districts who use the GT module and by those who record GT information on the Student Profile for PEIMS.

  13. Gifted and Talented Report: May be printed from Texas State Reporting or from Teacher Access.

  14. Special Programs Enrollment Count by Federal Race/Ethnicity Prints a list and a count of students who are enrolled in a selected program on the As-of Date. Print a Summary and/or Detail report

  15. Special Programs Enrollment Count by Federal Race/Ethnicity continued: Summary provides a count by Federal Race/Ethnicity Detail lists the names of the students and their information.

  16. CTE Fall Roster Report: Prints a list of students by class. Filter by selected student CTE codes such as CTE Indicator and by classes

  17. CTE Fall Roster Report continued: Use report to verify PEIMS Submission 1 CTE coding. Report displays course and service id.

  18. Career and Technology Transaction Report: Prints scheduling transactions for CTE courses and student CTE hours and indicators.

  19. Career and Technology Transaction Report continued: Use to verify CTE information reported in Submission 3. Semester and Final Grades can be included.

  20. Matching Discipline Incident Report: Printed from entity 000 only Compares Discipline records from all entities Print either all records with matching incident numbers or just matching Incident numbers with mismatched data.

  21. Matching Discipline Incident Report continued: Print to verify 425 Discipline records submitted in PEIMS Submission 3. PEIMS edits are also displayed.

  22. Potential Duplicate 425 Discipline Records: Printed from entity 000 only. Use to find Discipline records entered more than once.

  23. Potential Duplicate 425 Discipline Records continued: Select the number of days between offenses to analyze.

  24. Multi-Period Attendance for Special Programs: Prints attendance for students enrolled in a special program on the selected As-of Date.

  25. Multi-Period Attendance for Special Programs: Select the Special Program(s) for which wish to verify attendance.

  26. Multi-Period Attendance for Special Programs: The report can be printed by Special Program or by Student. The report can also be printed to Excel.
