This change means that on any dropped ball, if kicked DIRECTLY (on the first touch) into the goal, the goal will not count • If this happens, the restart will be the same as any ball crossing the goal line outside the goal (CK if last touched by attacker, GK if last touched by defender) • If a second touch occurs by any player before the ball crosses the goal line (even by the same player that made the first touch), then the goal will count.
