Project context • During accidental maritime pollutions, the evaluation of the risks and the • coordination of the operations requires effective communication between • various actors. • The POLLUCOM system aims at: • faciliting and optimizing the communications, • collecting the data, • making it easier to interpret these data, • assessing the risks more easily, • speeding up the decision making process.
