  1. 10 Cool Nutrition Tips for Kids You need to be on your toes to be the super moms and dads for your tiny tots. Kids are copycats and these notorious angels, love to imitate what their parents do. If you want your child to say bye to candies, chocolates, soft drinks etc, you need to make changes in your food habits too. So instead of dictating your terms, make it a fun activity by introducing some interesting tips as mentioned below: 1.Want to be strong as an Iron Man? Eat chicken, fish, tofu, beans etc for strong muscles. 2.Are you feeling thirsty? Quench it with water or milk instead of soda which contains 10-12 teaspoons of sugar in every 355 ml can. 3.Want to play for long hours with friends? Eat green leafy vegetables, broccoli, potatoes, oranges etc which are full of vitamins to keep you energized. 4.Exhausted after a game? Instead of an energy drink, have a glass of water with a carbohydrate-rich fruit.

  2. 5.Do you want to be smart or stout? Avoid bad fats that are found in full dairy products, fatty meat etc and opt for good fats that are available in olive oil, avocados, nuts etc. 6.Want strong bones? Low-fat dairy products and soya are rich in calcium to fulfill the body requirements. 7.Feeling hungry and confused? Satiate your hunger with fiber-rich foods which are healthy for the heart and will make your tummy full. 8.Are you feeling tired and cranky quite often? Avoid white bread, white rice and soft drinks which break down quickly in the body and leave you with no energy. 9.Is maintaining a healthy weight possible? Eat a balanced diet devoid of junk and fats and you will be hale and hearty. 10.Juice or fruit? Go with the latter and you will feel the difference. At Childventures, we will ensure that your child inculcates good eating habits.
