  2. What is Adapted Aquatics? • Volunteer program designed to help swimmers with disabilities become more comfortable in the pool or improve their swimming skills • For swimmers of all levels and ages • Practices once a week all year round • Swim meets about once a month

  4. What do I do at practices? • Volunteer at the Saturday afternoon practices each week • Work with children and teens • Help them adjust strokes and improve swimming skills to prepare for the meets

  7. What do I do at meets? • Various activities to ensure the flow of the meet • Remind swimmers of skills they have been working on • Lead swimmers to the clerk of course in preparation for the race • Cheer on swimmers as they swim
