  4. Game and Event Facility Requests • All clubs must fill out a Game and Event Facility Request to be able to schedule a one time practice or event. • Must be turned in 2 weeks prior to event.

Final day to submit Purchase Requests and Intent to Travel forms using FY 14 Restricted Fee Allocations 5/2/14 If you have more than 5% of your original restricted fee allocation at the beginning of the year still in your account after May 3rd, your club will be penalized 50% of what is left in next years allocation. Ex. Curling Club had $480 (8% of their budget) left from their FY14 allocation of $6000. They will be penalized $240 of the FY15 allocation of $5000. Therefore, they will be left with $4760 for FY15.

  8. Renewal of Recognition • Due 4/23/14 • *** Do this in advance – must have advisor’s signature!

  9. Equipment Check-In • All club equipment owned by the Rec must be checked-in between the dates of: • 4/28 – 5/9 • You must set up a time to check it in with your program manager.

  10. Upcoming important dates • Fri, 3/28/14 (5pm) Summer & Fall facility requests due • Wed, 4/23 (7pm) Sport Club Council Meeting 2014-2015 Exec Board Elections • Wed, 4/23 Renewal of Recognition due • Fri, 5/2 (5pm) Final day to submit purchase req. Final day to submit CI New officers lists are due
