  3. Important Dates • Signed into Law on August 10, 2005 • Transition Termination Date: 1/1/07 • SSRS Termination Date: 1/1/07 • State Plans Required to be Submitted to Secretary no Later Than 3 Years after Enactment. Prepared by Tom Klingman - UPS
