  5. OBJECTIVE • TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC GROWTH • PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PROCESS OF COMPETITION • PROTECT THE INTEREST OF CONSUMERS. 5

  6. COVERAGE • WILL REGULATE ALL TYPES OF BUSINESSES FROM MULTINATIONALS TO SMES AND MOM AND POP STORES • PROVIDES LEVEL PLAYING FIELD 6
