The Simplest Way to Settle a Busy Mind How to Practice Mindfulness: Mindfulness is an effective and simple form of meditation that enables us to learn to keep control over our thoughts and behavior. People who religiously practice mindfulness are more focused even when they don’t meditate. Mindfulness is one of the best techniques to reduce stress as it can help you keep a check on your emotions and thoughts. When you regularly practice mindfulness you stop jumping from one emotion to another in a few micro seconds. Overall, it is one of the beat ways to keep calm in your busy days and manage work efficiently. Mindfulness is probably the only way that can help you make your brain strong enough to tackle every possible situation that you may face. Mindfulness is not some bizarre thing, it can change your life and the way you think in a great way. It not only helps you to keep negative thoughts aside but helps you to stay positive even in the worst of situations. When you practice mindfulness, it doesn’t mean that you won’t face a y issues or complications in your life you will know how to solve them and always find a way out of it. Mindfulness is the simplest way to settle a busy mind full of thoughts and filter them as per the requirements. Here are a few ways in which you can include mindfulness in your everyday lives: - Focus on your breathing- breathing is an essential thing to survive and when you focus on your breathing you actually activate your senses in a way that you calm down from all the pressure of work, family and the world.

  2. Go for a walk- walk for 30 minutes everyday as it calms your muscles down and hence all your senses calm down and you feel light and enlightened. Make it a habit of walking daily. You can do this anytime you like, be it morning, evening or night, whenever you feel like. Repeat one positive thing- we all have something positive in us, start making a habit of repeating one good thing about yourself every day. This will give you satiety and make you feel calm.  Break the stress cycle- we have go through a point when we feel stressed. Just sit leave all your work, let all the thoughts pass by, close your eyes and start breathing normally and focus on your thoughts. Every unnecessary thought will leave you. Mindfulness can really help in overcoming stress and help you lead a happy life. Yes, problems will still be there but you will know and have the power to overcome them. Make a habit of practicing mindfulness whenever you can and gradually make it an everyday and every moment thing. Think mindfully, eat mindfully, talk mindfully. Stop when you feel you don’t really need to reply you will feel better when you don’t say anything unnecessary. This world of urbanization has brought technologies in our lives but this has taken away all the peace and mindfulness away. So just break the stereotypes and let’s get mindful and find inner peace.
