And we can make change the it from the view itself.  Drag And Drop Drag and drop option make more easier to assign/change tasks for employee./  Day, week, month view We can see the employee shift according to day, week, and month in various views.

4.  Roles By creating shift roles we can easily understand the different shift. For more convenient we can provide color to the role.  Shift Templates We can create the shift as template so we can use it whenever we need.  Schedule We can organize the shift according to the role, employee and project ,and we can easily understand the already planned shifts and the left to plan.

5.  Recurrence We can repeat the shifts whenever we need.  Copy previous shift We can copy the previous/already exist shift for employees and we can make changes in it if needed.  Avoid conflicts Provide validation for avoid conflict, if multiple shifts are scheduled at the same time for an employee.

6.  Send schedule We can send the programed schedule/shift to the respective employee.  Schedule Portal Employee can manage and view their shifts from their own portal.  Unassign The employee can unassign the scheduled shifts from their portal.

7.  Open Shifts Available Employee can assign themselves for openshift if needed from their portal.  Tasks Analysis We can analyze the reports by different filters, group, and time ranges..  Graphs Provide different graphical representation of reports like bar,line, pie etc.  Pivot Table Analysis Provide a way to export the data into xls format for creating more advanced pivot tables in different softwares.
