1. Create new access file. 2. Click open. 3. Right-Click link table. 4. Select ODBC database in file all type drop view. 5. Choose tab “ Machine Data Source. 6. Choose radio button list “System Data Source” and click next. 7. Select SQL Native Client. 8. Click Finish.

  6. 6. Choose radio button list “System Data Source” and click next

  7. 7. Select SQL Native Client

  8. 8. Click Finish

  9. 9. Fill in the Name and Server and click Next

  10. 10. Select With server authentication and fill in username and password .Then click Next.

  11. 11. Choose database name and click next

  12. 12. Click “Finish”

  13. 13. Click Test Data Source

  14. 14. Click “Ok”

  15. 15. Enter Login ID and Password

  16. 16. Select all table with Lookup, Staff and Student Schema (Example : Lookup.t001race)
