  11. (一)基本检索 1. 关键词检索 • 直接输入检索词即可 • e.g. vitamin c 、common cold • e.g. “single cell” • 使用双引号检索，会自动关闭词汇转换功能，做为词组来检索

  12. 2. 作者检索 姓（全称)+名 (缩写）+[AU] 例: Smith J [AU] Smith JG, Smith JR 姓（全称)+名 (缩写) 例: Smith J. 若限定某一作者, “作者” 例:“Smith J” [AU]

  13. 3. 期刊检索 • 刊名 +[ta] molecular biology of the cell • 刊名缩写+[ta],或直接输入刊名(缩写) j hand surg am [ta] • ISSN号+[ISSN] 1059-1524[ISSN] • 通过Limits限定字段

  14. 3.主题词检索 • 直接输入主题词 hepatitis • 限定主题词 biotin[mh]

  15. 4.组配检索 Leukemia/therapy [mh] AND review[pt] AND child 5.日期或日期范围检索 [mhda], [dp], [edat], YYYY/MM/DD [日期字段标识] 1999/12[mhda] 或通过Limits限定

  16. 6.检索期刊子集 检索词 AND jsubsetaim Abridged Index Medicus--- jsubsetaim Dental --- jsubsetd Nursing --- jsubsetn 或通过Limits 7.检索带有文摘的记录 检索词 AND hasabstract 注:1975年前MEDLINE记录中没有文摘.

  20. (四)引文匹配Citation Matcher • 点击页面左边的“Single Citation Matcher” or “Batch Citation Matcher” • 按界面提示分别填入所知信息 • 点击[Search]按钮，可得到相应的特定文献信息。

  23. (五)Clinical Queries • 是专为临床医生设置的 • 可以检索某一临床主题领域的治疗、诊断、疾病和预后4个方面内容的文献，同时还可选择强调查全率或是查准率 • 也可以检索该主题词领域的系统性综述、元分析等类型文献。
