Impact of Collagen Coating and Serum Treatment on Senescence-associated Beta-galactosidase Activity in OB-6 Cells

This study analyzed Senescence-associated Beta-galactosidase (SABG) activity in OB-6 cells treated with different concentrations of collagen coating and serum from OVX or LTBB-OVX rats for 3 days. Results show variations in SABG activity based on the treatment conditions.
