  3. Our people • Our team consists of 25 employees • Our time clock keeps track of how long our employees are clocked in and send the record to our computer • Training will take place when they are first hired like most retail stores

  4. Procedures • Basic retail processing tasks • Internet security provider • Password lock for getting on the computer that management uses, each with a different user screen and capabilities

  5. Data base • Data bases include those that pertain to our customers • We will also have one that deals with our inventory

  6. Hardware and Software • POS System-Lenovo • Time clock- Pyramid • Computer- Dell Precision T5500 Workstation • Web security- Titanium • Internet service provider- Net Zero

  7. Technology • Each manager has different amount of access to our network • Set up and design of website
