Serious Offenses • May lead to suspension, arrest and/or mandatory expulsion • Possessing, selling or otherwise furnishing a firearm • Possession of an explosive • Brandishing a knife at another person • Unlawfully possessing and/or selling a controlled substance • Assault or battery • Causing serious physical injury • Committing or attempting to commit a sexual assault • Robbery or extortion

  23. Bullying Aggressive behavior that involves unwanted and negative actions. It involves and imbalance of power and strength and bullying is used to control or intentionally harm. Bullying involves a pattern of behavior repeated over time. • May lead to suspension and/or expulsion for repeated offenses
