Replace U104 with TUSB1210 device

-Remove R843 and R844 -Install R969 and R970 with 0 ohm. Replace R632 with 0 ohm. -Remove R640. -Connect U104.1 to GND. Replace R639 with 0ohm. Add 2.2uF cap to ground. Remove R646. Replace U104 with TUSB1210 device.
