Software Design Go Live Testing Deployment Support 1st February 1st April 100% Payment 15th January 1st February 1st April • Scenario • Company has decided to deploy a new software application (CRM, ERP, FINANCE, etc…) • required to improve productivity, efficiencies, internal controls governances, etc…. • Company does not have the cash and CAPEX budget has not been approved • Company/Supplier approaches Channel Capital • Channel Capital approves the facility for e.g. R5,000,000.00 • Project plan has been defined and rollout schedules approved by all Parties • Project deployment commences on the 1st February • Project GO LIVE scheduled for the 1st April • Payout Timeline – Scenario 1 • Upon verification from Client that the project has successfully reached the GO LIVE • stage, Channel Capital disburses full and final payment to Supplier

Scenario • Company has decided to refresh all their outdated and obsolete IT equipment • Company has numerous branches located around the country • Refresh of IT equipment will be done in phases starting at head office and then to • each branch, one at a time • Company does not have the cash nor the CAPEX budget for the rollout • Company/Supplier approaches Channel Capital • Channel Capital approves the facility for e.g. R5,000,000.00 • All new equipment delivered to Head Office on 1st February • Upon installation Channel Capital pays Supplier within 72 hours • All new equipment delivered to Branch 1 on 1st February • Upon installation Channel Capital pays Supplier within 72 hours • All new equipment delivered to Branch 2 on 1st March • Upon installation Channel Capital pays Supplier within 72 hours • All new equipment delivered to Branch 3 on 1st April • Upon installation Channel Capital pays Supplier within 72 hours • All new equipment delivered to Branch 4 on 1st May • Upon installation Channel Capital pays Supplier within 72 hours Delivery Payment 1st February 1st March 1st April 1st May 1st February Head Office Branch 1 Branch 2 Branch 3 Branch 4
