  2. Interview planning • Line out your questions • Are they really important? • Can the answers be found out without a interview? Really need ? How ? • Write down the outline • Interviewer version & Interviewee version • Practise Who ? • Find the right person

  3. Contact with the interviewee • Gather the info. • Phone No., Email, Office address • Post and rank (very important !) • Background • Make a reservation • Right words: opening remarks • Right time: working time but maybe not so busy • Set the interview outline to the interviewee

  4. Before the interview • Check the reservation • Time, place • Check your goods • Interview outline (Interviewer version & Interviewee version ) • Recorder, notebook, pen, ID card, name card… • Proper gift • Go! • Two or three interviewers: show your respect while make your work more efficient • Be early ! (very important)

  5. During the interview • Communication • Introduction is necessary • Briefly, exactly • Ask if recorder is allowed to use • Follow his steps but keep your eyes on the outline • Talk more about his familiar things (That is why gathering the interviewee’s background is important) • Don’t continue the topics he feels uncomfortable interviewer interviewee

  6. After the interview • Exchange your name cards • Give the gift (maybe with a short introduction) • Finish the interview note (maybe more questions are needed) • Set the interview note to the interview • Think about what you get and share that with all your partners
