Question 1 • Rubric is always in English • Read the question carefully • Make sure you know what you are supposed to do • You must fulfill all of the bullet points • If you leave one or more out you will lose marks. • Answers are marked twice • once for Communication and • then again for Accuracy

  3. Question 1 • “You are on a day trip. Write an account of your trip (90-100 words)” • Not a letter • Story / Essay / Account / Composition • Day Trip – not a holiday in Spain • Perhaps a school trip • Football match? Clones 2007?

  4. Question 1 • Read all bullet points • Describe • Where you are • Who is with you • What your journey was like • Two things you have done so far • What you like about the place • What time you will be going home • 10 marks for Communication. • Try and allocate the marks

Obair Baile • Write a response to this question using these notes as guidelines • 90 – 100 words • This slideshow will be available for download from the school website (www.stpaulsbessbrook.org) • To be completed on file paper (skip lines) for class on Wednesday. • Anyone who doesn’t do the work will be on detention on Thursday.
