PROCEDURES FOR THE GAME • When music is playing, the 4 balls should be constantly passed along. • When music stops, Mr. Lua will call upon someone holding a ball. • If correct, he/she may answer another question—up to three times. If wrong, a person from the other team may attempt to answer. • Help is NOT ALLOWED in any way.

Veterans camped out. Hoover eventually ordered the forceful removal of the veterans. Americans sympathized with the veterans and made Hoover look uncaring.
